01Scope and agreement
These terms concern the public website, accounts, project tracking portal, and related digital features offered under the VERALEX CONSULTING name. They do not silently replace a separately agreed written quotation or service agreement. If an individual agreement addresses a specific service matter differently, that agreement governs that matter to the extent permitted by law.
02Definitions
“VERALEX” means the operator of the VERALEX CONSULTING website and services. A “User” visits or uses the site; a “Client” engages with a service or receives project access; an “Administrator” is an authorized VERALEX team member. “Services” are the consulting and administrative services separately offered or agreed. A “Project” is a VERALEX service record; the “Project Tracking Portal” displays selected project progress. A “Project Access Link” is a confidential, time-limited link for an initial claim. A “Government Authority” is a public body responsible for an applicable official process or decision.
03Website information
Service descriptions, articles, and general guidance are informational. They are not necessarily advice tailored to your circumstances, a definitive statement of current regulation, or a promise that a particular application will be approved. Ask VERALEX to assess your specific matter.
04Consultation and engagement
An initial inquiry or consultation does not by itself establish a paid engagement. VERALEX and the client agree the scope, applicable fees, and deliverables separately. An administrator creates a tracking project after the relevant operational arrangements; a project record alone does not change an agreed service scope.
05Client responsibilities
Provide accurate and reasonably current information, respond to reasonable service requests, and provide required information through channels agreed with the VERALEX team. Protect account access and confidential project links, do not forward an unclaimed link to an unauthorized person, and promptly report suspected misuse or incorrect access.
06Google account access
Where supported, clients sign in with Google. Safeguard your Google account and review Google’s applicable terms. Signing in proves control of that account for the portal flow; it does not independently establish your real-world identity. VERALEX does not ask for your Google password.
07Claiming a project access link
After a project is created, VERALEX may send a confidential access link, including through WhatsApp. The first eligible Google-authenticated account to successfully use a valid unclaimed link may claim the project. Keep the link private. If the wrong account claims it or it is exposed, contact VERALEX promptly. VERALEX may revoke access or issue a replacement after appropriate operational checks. A project ID alone does not grant access.
08Project tracking information
The portal offers visibility into progress recorded by VERALEX personnel. Updates may not appear immediately and are not a live feed from any Government Authority. Stages may depend on third parties and official review. A displayed milestone, estimate, or completed internal task does not guarantee an official decision or approval. The portal is not an Indonesian government website.
09Government procedures and outcomes
Requirements, official charges, and processing times may change. Relevant Government Authorities retain decision-making power. VERALEX cannot guarantee approval or a fixed official completion date unless a specific commitment is expressly and lawfully agreed in writing. Operational workflow descriptions may be adapted to the actual case and current rules.
10Fees and payment
A quotation or service agreement identifies the applicable VERALEX fee, deliverables, and payment arrangements. Official government charges and third-party costs may be separate where stated. Any additional service or charge should be agreed before it is incurred. A transaction is confirmed according to the applicable verified payment process; this page does not create a new payment schedule or price.
11Priority handling
If offered and eligible, “VERALEX Priority Handling” relates to selected internal VERALEX work only. It cannot speed up or influence an official decision. Availability, conditions, and price require confirmation. Activation of a paid option depends on an actual verified transaction; the tracking portal currently has no configured priority payment gateway.
12Cancellation and refunds
The applicable cancellation or refund terms must be set out in the agreed quotation, service agreement, or separately approved policy and remain subject to applicable consumer law. If no separate cancellation or refund term applies to a particular case, contact VERALEX to discuss the circumstances. This page does not establish a blanket non-refundable rule, penalty, deduction, or refund deadline.
13Intellectual property
VERALEX branding, original site content, and materials remain with their respective rights holders and may be used only for ordinary access to the site or as otherwise authorized. This does not transfer ownership of client intellectual property or third-party marks to VERALEX. Do not reproduce or represent VERALEX materials as your own without permission.
14Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another client’s project, misuse credentials or links, interfere with service availability, use harmful automation, or use the site for unlawful purposes. Security testing or bulk access requires prior authorization. These restrictions apply proportionately to protect users and operations.
15Account and access restrictions
VERALEX may restrict, revoke, or restore access when reasonably needed for security, a compromised link, incorrect claim, suspected misuse, or legitimate service operations. Requests concerning access should be assessed in context and in accordance with applicable law and any separate agreement.
16Service availability
The website and portal may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, network failures, security work, or third-party services. VERALEX should take reasonable steps to address issues but does not promise uninterrupted access or instantaneous updates.
17Responsibility and legal limits
Rights and responsibilities are governed by applicable law and any agreed service contract. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer or data protection rights, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for misconduct or negligence where applicable. General website information should not replace an assessment of a specific legal or regulatory matter.
18Privacy
Personal data handling is explained in the Privacy Policy. Review it for information on Google sign-in, confidential project links, external communication channels, service providers, and your applicable rights.
19Changes to these terms
VERALEX may update these terms as its services or applicable law change. Material changes should be communicated through appropriate channels. Continued website use alone is not assumed to establish valid consent where a separate agreement or consent is legally necessary.
20Applicable law and disputes
Indonesian law applies to these website terms, subject to mandatory rules and the circumstances of a particular engagement. Parties should first contact each other to discuss a concern. Any agreed dispute process in a separate service contract remains relevant. These website terms do not establish an exclusive court or mandatory arbitration forum.
